For hire purchase (deferred payment), we cooperate with Luminor Bank (luminor.lt), to whom we transfer/receive data to conclude and execute the agreement. Some data may be processed independently by the leasing company (e.g., solvency checks); contact them directly regarding such processing.

We may disclose data to law enforcement, courts, public bodies, or other parties as required by law, and to companies engaged in potential business transactions with us (e.g., acquisition or joint venture).
