This accessory is perfect for cold smoking fish, meat, spices, cheese, nuts and other foods.
• Holds approx. 200 g or 0.5 l of smoking dust for up to 20 hours of burning.
• Fits for all closed grills and smokers.
• Made of high-quality stainless steel.

Use:
Remove all ash and charcoal from the grill. Fill the smoke generator with wood dust (make sure it is dry; fill the accessory without pressing the dust and leave a couple of mm to the top of the spiral). Place the spiral on the ash grate at the bottom of the firebox, light the dust using a tea light and start smoking. When smoking, keep the grill flaps open to a minimum.

Fits all Kamado Bono models and other Kamado-type grills with a diameter of 40 cm (or more than 15″)
