Cherry & Cola BBQ sauce

Cherry&Cola BBQ sauce is one of the most popular sauces in our range. This sauce-glaze has won an international award! American-style Cherry&Cola BBQ sauce with cherry and cola flavours.

• Goes well with pork and beef dishes: spread a little sauce on the meat just before it finishes cooking, or use as a dip. The Kamado Bono team recommends this sauce for glazing ribs and mixing into burger sauces.

• Ingredients: sugar, water, tomato paste, tomatoes, white wine vinegar, cherry concentrate (2%), salt, sweet red pepper paste, modified starch, smoke flavouring, date peppers, lemon juice concentrate, sweet red peppers, cherry juice concentrate (0.2%), natural flavouring, carrot concentrate (0.1%). Store in the fridge once opened. Shake before use.
