The INKBIRD INT-11P-B is a smart wireless meat thermometer designed to make cooking meat to perfection easier than ever, whether you’re grilling, smoking, or baking in the oven. This thermometer operates without probes, allowing you to monitor temperatures via an app from distances of up to 90 meters.
Using Bluetooth connectivity, the high-precision probe measures both the internal temperature of the food and the ambient temperature in the oven or grill. This feature enables you to easily control the entire cooking process by monitoring temperatures through the app. You can set temperature presets based on what you are cooking, track changing temperature graphs of your food, and more. The thermometer base is powered by an integrated lithium battery that charges via a USB connection.
Using the thermometer is really easy: insert the probe into your food (up to the indicated mark) and connect it to your smartphone app. Select your desired temperature and doneness level, start cooking, and monitor the data through the app. The thermometers can be used in direct heat up to 250°C; the probe must be fully inserted into the meat up to the specified mark.
