Smoky Apple BBQ Sauce is a mildly hot barbecue sauce with a few pleasant notes of apple acidity and sweetness.
• Goes well with all barbecue dishes. The Kamado Bono team recommends this sauce for glazing ribs and mixing into burger sauces.
• Ingredients: sugar, apples (28%), water, apple cider vinegar, chipotle, jalapeño, habanero pepper, thickener (cornstarch), salt, smoke flavouring, garlic, cane sugar vinegar, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), cinnamon. Store in the fridge once opened. Shake before use.
