Barbados Sauce

Barbados hot sauce-marinade is made from habanero chillies, but its hotness does not burn or last. The flavour is enriched with garlic, mustard, curry and turmeric. It contains honey, but sweetness is not predominant.

• Goes well with chicken dishes, burgers, soups, sauces for stews, etc.

• Ingredients: water, habanero chilli, onion, cane sugar, mustard powder, honey, salt, garlic, acetic acid, curry, paprika, thickener (xanthan gum), turmeric powder, peppermint extract. Store in the fridge once opened.
